Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of images or videos can I upload?
You can upload standard equirectangular 360° panoramic images (like those from Ricoh Theta, Insta360, etc.) in JPG, PNG, or WEBP format. You can also use 360° videos in MP4 format.
Can I use Vuro on my tablet or phone?
The Vuro editor is optimized for desktop browsers for the best experience. However, all published tours are fully responsive and look great on any device, including mobile phones and tablets.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, absolutely. You can manage, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your secure customer portal. If you cancel, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
What happens to my tours if I cancel my Pro plan?
If you downgrade to the Free plan, you will still have access to all your tours, but only the first tour you created will be editable. The others will be "read-only" until you upgrade again.
